Antonio Bradley brings a practical and investment-focused perspective to The Bradley Real Estate Group, combining residential real estate experience with years of hands-on involvement in purchasing, renovating, and repositioning properties.

As Co-Founder of The Bradley Real Estate Group, Antonio works alongside his wife, Jasmin, serving clients throughout Augusta and the CSRA. His experience reaches well beyond the traditional real estate transaction. After completing more than 50 renovation and investment projects, Antonio understands how to evaluate a property for what it is today and recognize what it has the potential to become.

From identifying opportunities and analyzing the numbers to managing contractors, renovations, materials, and construction costs, Antonio brings real-world experience to the table. His approach is practical and straightforward. Understand the numbers, recognize the risks, and make decisions that support the long-term goal.

Antonio is also passionate about sharing what he has learned with others who want to build wealth through real estate. Through investor education, property tours, and conversations about the realities of flipping homes, he and Jasmin help make real estate investing easier to understand and approach with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Antonio is an IFBB Men’s Physique Professional athlete, husband, father, and entrepreneur. The discipline required to compete professionally carries into the way he approaches business. Consistency, preparation, accountability, and a commitment to getting better are values he brings to everything he does.
