The area is also well known for waterskiing activities at White Lake and Bay Tree Lake, just next door, as well as many of the state's Blueberry farms. Only 45 miles from Wilmington to the southeast and 90 miles to Raleigh, NC. This property has an historic 1940s 2 story home with 2400 sq ft with old school tongue and groove details throughout.
