🔹 Richmond County

  • Closed Sales: Slight dip from 170 in April to 169 in May

  • Average Sales Price: Big jump from $217,402 → $264,652

  • Average Days on Market: Up slightly from 100 to 102

  • Price per SqFt: Increased from $132 → $137

     

🔹 Columbia County

  • Closed Sales: Jumped from 197 to 243

  • Average Sales Price: Strong rise from $366,808 → $415,001

  • Average Days on Market: Slowed slightly from 87 to 100

  • Price per SqFt: Climbed from $161 → $170

     

📈 What This Means for You
Buyers, competition is heating up—especially in Columbia County. Rising prices and strong sales show demand is still high.
